If you ship with Dobson, hopefully the weather will be perfect on the route, the driver will always be on-time, and traffic, along with breakdowns, will not delay your freight from its scheduled delivery time; EVER. But if it does, you will know about it as soon as we do. We understand you might be frustrated on the rare occasions this occurs, but afterwards we hope you will be appreciative of the way we handled it.
