2-3 years: 34 cpm
4-5 years: 35 cpm
6-7 years: 36 cpm
8-9 years: 37 cpm
10 + years: 38 cpm
First 90 days, probationary period, pay 2 cpm less
1 week paid vacation after first year
Breakdown pay $50/day plus reasonable hotel cost
